The Team

Meet our people

Executive committee members Nicky Eckstein, Goodman Mavumengwana, Siyabonga Rorwana and Jill Eckstein have between them more than 75 years of experience in the high-level window cleaning industry. We promote from within and have trained ten members of staff to become supervisors, which included passing their driving test to become drivers and stringent training in the fields of safety and supervisory skills.

“Hi, I am Siyabonga Rorwana.

I started working at Wind-o-Wash in 1997, the 6th of May, as a cleaner and driver. Mrs. Eckstein and Nicky trained me and I was promoted as supervisor – working hard, making Wind-o-Wash proud and keeping our clients happy. More clients demanded our services and Wind-o-Wash started grooming me – I am now a shareholder and Training and Safety Director.

I look forward to giving excellent services to our clients. We are making sure that we are the best in the cleaning industry!”

“I am Goodman Mavumengwana.

I started working for Wind-o-Wash on the 8th of May, 1989. When I started to work for Wind-o-Wash I was a driver and a worker – Mrs. Jill Eckstein trained me to be a supervisor where I learned to speak with clients and the way to treat the workers. Today, we are specialists! You can’t believe – any kind of window. We have absailers, ladder guys, everything and even pole systems. Today, I am a shareholder and the Operations Director; can you believe it? That’s why I’m proud of Wind-o-Wash. Thanks, Wind-o-Wash, so very much, for everything you have done for my family and me.”
